Diabetes Symptoms

• First and foremost, start following a green, healthy diet which is less on calories and more on vitamins and minerals. Allow fresh fruits and vegetables to take over your food habits.
• Next spends at least one hour every day on exercise. Increase physical activity and try to maintain a normal weight.
• If you cannot do without eating your favorite foods, never leave them, but eat them in small amounts.
• Finally, realize that diabetes is one of the diseases which can severely affect your quality of life to a great extent. So, better control the diabetes symptoms at the budding stage!
